Chez SEIGNEURY, votre satisfaction est notre priorité. Si un article ne vous convient pas, pas de panique ! Vous avez la possibilité de nous le retourner sous certaines conditions.

📦 Délai de retour

Vous disposez de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour effectuer une demande de retour.

✅ Conditions d’éligibilité au retour

Pour être éligible à un retour, l’article doit :

  • Être dans son état d’origine (non porté, non lavé, non endommagé)

  • Avoir toutes ses étiquettes encore attachées

  • Être renvoyé dans son emballage d’origine

Les articles soldés ou personnalisés ne sont pas éligibles au retour, sauf en cas de défaut constaté à réception.

🔁 Échanges ou remboursements

Une fois votre retour reçu et inspecté :

  • Vous pourrez échanger le produit OU

  • Obtenir un remboursement intégral (hors frais d’expédition initiaux)

Le remboursement sera effectué via le mode de paiement original, dans un délai de 5 à 10 jours ouvrables après validation du retour.

    • votre numéro de commande

    • une photo de l’article

    • la raison du retour

  2. Notre service client vous répondra avec les instructions de retour.

📍 Frais de retour

Les frais d’expédition pour le retour sont à la charge du client, sauf si le retour est dû à une erreur de notre part ou à un produit défectueux.

📦 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Sale or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.

🔁 Exchanges or Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You may exchange the product OR

  • Receive a full refund (excluding original shipping fees)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.

💌 How to Request a Return

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the item

    • A brief reason for the return

  2. Our customer service team will reply with return instructions.

📍 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a faulty item.
